These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the S&S Coaching website and booking our coaching services. By browsing the site or submitting an enquiry you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Website use
Acceptable use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to damage, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to any part of the site. Information you provide through our contact form must be accurate and complete.
Bookings
Sessions and cancellations
All session bookings and enquiries should be made through our contact form, by telephone or via WhatsApp. We will confirm availability and session details directly with you. Coaching sessions are subject to pitch or facility availability and may be rescheduled if necessary.
If you need to cancel or rearrange a session, please give at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations or missed sessions may be charged in line with the arrangement we agree with you.
Safety
Participation and conduct
- Parents and guardians are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies or injuries that could affect participation.
- Players must wear suitable clothing, shin pads and football boots or trainers for the surface.
- We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour affects the safety or enjoyment of others.
Liability
Our responsibility
S&S Coaching takes reasonable care in planning and delivering sessions. However, football is a physical sport and participation carries a risk of injury. Parents, guardians and participants accept this risk. We are not liable for injury, loss or damage except where caused by our negligence or breach of legal duty.

Updates
Changes to these terms
